I leased from 2001-2005 and it was absolutely dreadful. The only reason we stayed so long was to let my daughter finish elementary school with out having to pull her out. Don't get me wrong, we fell in love with it the first year, and like the other has said, it went down hill. They changed management at least 4 times, and the noise level was ridiculous. You do hear your neighbors peeing and doing the nasty. I had to call the police cause they were making so much noise, I didn't need my daughter to hear " oh baby, do me". Maintanence stinks. They plastered my cat in the wall when they had to re plaster for mold. Which by the way, the only did the one wall and just repainted the rest. Horrible! Some of the people there are creepy. The laundry room was disgusting, the washers leaked 90% of the time and dryers wouldn't dry your clothes. And YES you do have laundry stolen.
Look elsewhere to rent, cause you can find better. I am just glad I was out of there before this "gang" problem erupted.
