Don't get scammed

Thanks for NOTHING Preserve.
This apt complex kept my security deposit because I failed to hand write to them that I was moving out. Instead I just verbally told the guy in the office that I would be moving, and he decided not to mention the importance of how I relayed the information to the office.
So don't forget to read between the lines because The Preserve will scam you out of your cold hard cash.
Total jerks. Very disappointed in this place now.
Also if you live on the bottom level be prepared to listen to your upstairs neighbors walking around all year long. And the walls are paper-thin so If you like to listen to music or if you ever even sneeze, be prepared to get harrassed by your neighbors.
AND, the year I lived here 2005; the biggest cocaine drug dealer in Chicago was raided and arrested two buildings down from me.
Can you say Ghetto''
Also tons of noisy children run rampant all hours of the day.
The laundry is a giant pain in the neck because you have to go to the office during business hours to obtain these TOKENS that the washer and dryer will except. So if you miss the office during business hours and you need to get some laundry done, you can forget about it.
The only good thing about this place is my stay there is over.
