I currently live at Preserve and it is not as bad as some of the other posters lead you to believe. I cannot wait to move, but it is not because of a gang problem (non-existent) or cars being broken into. One of the worst things is people here not controlling their children. They make the common areas dirty and are loud and constantly running up and down the halls. The management SUCKS!!!! They don't care about anything. The entry buzzer for my apartment does not work and I have asked them repeatedly to fix it and they have not. They are extremely patronizing and totally incompetent. They lie and will say anything to get you to shut up and go away. Maintenance has always been prompt. Whenever I have any problem they are nice, but do not always know what they are doing. I would live here for the location, but be advised that management SUCKS!! The first apartment we moved into was dark and infested with silver fish. After I complained for months and had the exterminator come 4 times I had get angry and threaten to get a lawyer before they let us move to another apartment. This place is a Monet pretty nice on the outside, but a big old mess up close. Nice price, but pain in the ass if you have any problems.
