This place isnt too bad, not luxury though. But i was told i would get nice "hard wood floors", kind of true and kind of not. They are, but hard wood laminate, pretty much a nice looking sticker. It is a little dark around the neighborhood, which is kind of unsettling, but I haven't run into anything bad so far. The apartments are what you would expect in a 20 year old building, but not terrible in my opinion.
