there are roaches everywhere,i have lived here 1 yr its getting worse

I agree. It was never an issue until last year! Thank you Cress Creek for all of the Section 8s...and LK gang members.

I have to say that generally the knowledge level of people who post on here is next to "O," zilch, nada! Cress Creek has pest control to combat the roach issues. Unfortunately, it is unclean people who just don't care that bring roaches into these communities. They just don't appear and are not the problem of the apartment community. Also, I contacted the management company directly regarding the Section 8 thing and fortunately this apartment community does not accept Section 8. So someone is mistaken. And the gangs? That's definitely hard to control of the person(s) in the gangs have no records or the people they associate themselves with do not have a police record. The management company uses a pretty stringent system of determining whether or not someone is approved to live there. The problem is most likely with the friends of people who reside there. Who even would know who LK gang members are?

Roaches every where, I find that hard to believe I've been here for a few years now and have never encountered any. Mabye you are just a messy person and don't know how to clean your apartment.
