Wow!! Some of the reviews that I have read!! Do people have anything else better to do than write nasty stuff about an apartment complex' Or are you that "creepy" person that people are afraid of cause your the one that is lurking out of your window trying to see what everyone else is doing. I have lived here for about 2 years now I really don't plan on going anywhere. As far as the maintenance goes I think that there is almost 500 apartments. Sorry if someone can't get to your apartment within 10 minutes to change your light bulb..But they respond pretty fast. Also as far as management companies changing!! Hello, it's a form of real estate...If I'm not mistaking companies buy, build and sell all the time. This is standard with any company. This is a central location for just about everything so there are alot of different ethnic backgrounds that come here to live. There is a high school that is only a block away along with the train station being within walking distance. Please before anyone starts typing anymore negative things first go out and get a life.

I guess that if you're someone who's lived in these conditions for your entire life then it is perfectly normal. But if you're, say, a college grad who's trying to live in "the real world" then this is not going to cut it. A normal, working professional doesn't live in a place where you can hear and smell the person above you using the restroom!! I'm too embarassed to have family over anymore because I never know when my neighbor is going to start watching porn at a ridiculously loud volume. I can't use the laundry room anymore because half the machines never work and I've had clothes disappear on me on several occasions. Any time I leave for a few days I start to notice that I smell like curry.
The apartment itself makes a very nice first impression. I would love it if it weren't surrounded by all these problems. They all seem small but they add up and I never would have signed up here if i'd known about them.

I agree. I usually never have people over. Its not a bad place to live, but definetly not great either. In the summer be prepared to sweat doing laundry, even in the fall. Kids running allll over the place, althouhg better in the halls then on the streets. People just sitting and blocking the hallways, and the biggest thing for me was that when I moved in I was told 1) hardwood floors which they are not, they are cheap laminate at best and 2) that my carpet was new. That has a HUGE lie, it already had worn areas and a few light spots, i was told that was normal for that brand of new carpet....give me a break.

I thought I was the only one!! I lived there a year ago and they told me the carpet in my place was new! New?! Compared to what?? It was worn and had spots on it, we complained and they STILL insisted it was new....how stupid do they think I am??
