I've been living here for 2 years and I've never had any problems, my boyfriend is going on 5 years here. We use to live in the 799 building and of course the kids run through the halls, but that is kids just being kids. We recently moved across the pond and love it over there. The view is beautiful and you see a lot of wildlife. The maintenance guys are great!! CHUCK is my favorite he takes care of what needs to be done and makes sure his guys do what they need to do. My neighbors are awesome and we have no issues with them. So I don't understand why people write such bad reviews about this place. If it was so unsafe my family and I would not be living here. My children come first and there is no issues, they are able to play outside and I don't have to worry about them. So if you want a good place to live this place is perfect!!!
