I have lived at the complex for 3 years and have hardly any problems. The office staff has always been helpful and I like the way they remember everybodies name when they come into the office. The maintenance is especially great because they respond to maint. requests in a timely manner.. If I have ever had a maintenance request, it is usually done within 1 day which is awesome!
The only complaint I have with the complex is the parking. I can never seem to find a decent parking space. It seems like some tenants have a car lot in front of their building. But then again, I don't think I have ever been at an apt complex where there is decent parking.
It is a nice complex and well-maintained. It isn't ghetto and you get what you pay for. It is nice and has an awesome location I have lived in apartment communities and my living experience has been great. I feel comfortable and at home here. I love that the grounds . I would recommend this place to those who want a place to live at a reasonable price.

They don't remember everybody's name. They don't remember mine or my husbands name and they see us a lot. maintenance is horrible. They get everything done in 1 day but they don't the job right. IT IS Ghetto here. You have gang signs on the bridge. You have teenagers setting off fire works a lot. My car got vandalized in the parking lot. I've seen 3 fights in the parking lot since living here and I've only been here a year.

I don't have issues with the office or the maintenance. What I do have a problem with is the people. Only a handful seem like respectable tenants. I'm so tired of the noise, the mystery puddles of liquid in the elevator (I feel bad for the cleaning people..they do clean..10 minutes later it has gone to hell). Oh and did I mention the firework show I had October 4th? Fireworks in October? Really? I also find the parking lot to be dangerous. People drive like its a racetrack. All and All I wouldn't say it is "Ghetto"...but trashy. Know what, screw it..yeah it feels ghetto here.

parking does suck. It seems like no one ever leaves. I didnt hear any fireworks in october. maybe it was the high school
