I have lived in these 799 apartment complex for 7 years and now it's time to move on. Our experience was very comfortable, especially because the maintenance was very prompt with their work. The office staff is very helpful too. If you want a place which is conveniently located from the schools, train station and shopping..this could be a nice option.

I don't know how you did it for 7 years. You must have been very lucky and had reasonable people around you. OR you were blind and didn't see the trash stewed about the grounds/halls/lobby (even though I have seen all three areas cleaned, only to become soiled again). Maybe you were good at tuning out the noise of loud teenagers, music, tv and fireworks. Perhaps you trained your sense of smell not to work in the elevator.
I don't mean to be rude, you have a right to your opinion. Yes it is close to the train and schools. Yes maintenance has been fine. I just don't feel comfortable living here considering all the insolent people that reside here
