i lived here a year and i got bed bugs that kept coming back, half the elevators didn't work half the time, and my pervert neighbor exposed himself to my friends. what else do you need to know' oh and the fireplace was clogged and didn't work and they refused to fix it, and i had a window so loose it could blow right out of the wall from a strong wind and it took them half a year to replace it and that was only with me hounding them. and the assistant building supervisor is extremely rude and a pain to deal with. but i am grateful they at least gave me my full deposit back after all this crap. all in all i regret living there and am SO GLAD to be OUT of there.

777 and they were coming in through the conduit, through an outlet, undoubtably from another apartment and every time we got rid of them they just came back

Oh man...I too lived in 777. Believe it or not I have heard that our building was better than the 779( I believe that was the other tower). We never had bed bugs (thank God) but a lot of hassles. Also, have you noticed for every negative posting of this place there is positive one that is posted after it? Interesting...
