I have to agree with the person who wrote the comment below. I wish I had read this before i rented here. there are gangs of teenagers, which i have felt very intimidated by - i told the office staff and they told me kid will be kids --they made comments to me about my car and not doing anything bad to it, but the office staff did not care. i had a service request and instead of calling me the maintenance staff just showed up.....at 10:07pm -- i am a single female who lived there for 1 wk - did not know who the staff was and showing up without a phone call that late was a little unnerving. also i have found countless beer bottels outside my apartment door - i have NEVER felt so UNSAFE in my entire life. It is very sad here----DO NOT RENT - they do not care about your safety. They also think it is ok for dogs to poop anywhere they want, i have a dog and pick up after it, but i think i may be one of the few. you can drive thru the complex at anytime and see dog doodoo. The parking is terrible, you will find cars on the side of curbs and in fire lanes. not very well lit. the gangs of kids run wild and scream around the complex well into 9pm , and it is not even summer yet. i am scard for my well being here.
