you can find a total better value for your money than renting here. go rent a townhouse from a private owner - that makes more sense than paying the price of what they have to offer. the comments below i have to agree with - there are i guess you can call them gangs of teenagers - they harass you when walking to the mailbox, you can't take the young children to the playground because the very unruly 16 yr olds are running the playground, with their foul mouths ect. i did just find out that they take sec 8 , that might be part of the problem of why some of the kids act the way they do. police come out frequently, it is just not a good environment to live in. you are always looking over your shoulder here. so for your well being, look elsewhere - you will be happier that you did. just counting the days till i am free of this place. by the way - parking is also a nightmare - if you come home after 6pm - good luck!!

I wholeheartedly agree with this review of Preserve at River Run. I have lived in apartment complexes in Arizona, Colorado, South Dakota and Illinois . . . and by far this is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!
