My husband and I lived here for about a year. When we first arrived, everyone seemed very nice and accommodating . . . and then after we moved in, this all changed! The main manager is so aloof, it seems that all she really cared about was collecting the rent. The maintenance crew definitely needs help . . . I doubt they could count to 2 without help! We were promised new carpet -- that never happened. As we lived in the apartment, we noticed that the walls were never cleaned, just painted over. You could literally see dirt (dust) particles and hair underneath a coat of pain - YUK! Overall, this place is not a pleasant place to live at all. There are too many nice places to choose from in Naperville -- BE SMART . . . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING HERE!!!
