Hey, I have read the comments of many who have posted here and I must agree with those who have had issues with the office management staff, I mean wow talk about women in need of customer service training. These babes seem to be bitter and catty as hell at the life situation they find themselves in. I personally take offense at a managment staffer claiming that those posting negatives here are about to be evicted. If a complex has to evict then something is wrong with the initial screeing process. I spoke someone who had lived at the complex when it first opened and this person stated that Railway started out with such great promise then they started to change office staff with the season and with each change the staff became less professional. Amy, so much for your awards, by the time this post hits your ass will be a memory according to the grapevine.

The apartments are nice for apartments and the rent is fair for Naperville, but the poor people skills of the office staff kills all the good. This is not a place for families with small children. I have never heard my neighbors, we are probably loud to our neighbors.
If you really want the low down on Railway check with the City of Naperville concerning the number of formal complaints filed with their housing people.

My advice to any thinking about rent here is to go across the street to Bristol Station or just rent one of the cheaper apartment in that area and then buy a home, yes you can. The problem with Railway is that Lincoln does not own the property, they just manage it. I was told that the owners are the Wiseman Hughes Developers located in Wheaton.
