i have lived here for 1 year i recently posted and it has improved a lot. old neighbors still a pain in rear end and that is why i moved to new building, wood still expands, noise still there but improved, maintenence is great. we had many problems when we swapped apt. and edgar came for 1 day fixed everything or put in an order for what we needed, he then brought them over in 2-3 days. great worker, only reason i stayed b/c he is reliable. office staff has improved a lot, and i might resign again if the price is right...the following is a review so far in the time i have been there
