I've lived in the complex since the summer of 2002 and my experience so far has been great. I don't have any complaints with the staff; they've always been friendly and helpful to me. I live in a beautiful Silver Streak (the largest floor plan) and I love the open layout of the unit. I live on the top floor of my building and I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors. I especially enjoy the free dvd/video library service. I work downtown and sometimes come home really late on the train, and feel safe walking from the train to my building (I am a female). Before I renewed my lease in 2003, I looked at Bristol Station across the street, and those apartments are newer and nice, but are incredibly small compared to Railway Plaza.

In my opinion, Railway Plaza's shortfalls are as follows:

(1) Noise level from the trains
(2) Stairways not cleaned/vacuumed often enough
(3) Trash laying around in front of buildings not picked up in a timely fashion.
(4) Hallway walls need repainting

I would highly recommend this complex to my friends and family.
