Having management anonymously post in this forum is a great example of how unprofessional they are.

Sure, they are nice and polite when you are signing your lease, but once they have their claws in you, good luck trying to get them to do anything you need done without a nasty look, a sigh or a roll of the eyes.....or they just say "no problem" and your issue goes in one ear and out the other.

I do agree that Edgar is one hardworking individual. He is the only one around that place saving Amy's ass! She should have been fired long ago.

I also agree with the package handling problems. You have 15 buildings, get a package room larger than a coat closet for christ's sake.

Parking is an absolute joke. If your not home before 6:30 or if you leave to have dinner in the evening, plan on parking in the sticks and walking home.

The hallways stink to high heaven. When you have to choose between the smell of smoke or curry and onions, there is something wrong.

The only plus I have for these apartments is, as stated before, the repair service. Once the morons in the front office get around to giving your issue to the repair staff, they are fairly quick and efficient. Edgar needs a promotion. Give that guy a suit and tie and fire those bimbos you have in there now.

I signed a lease with Railway and left 4 months before it was up. I'd rather pay a penalty that live in constant frustration.

A little note for the management who reply to these post: Smile for a change, you're lucky you still have jobs!!
