Smoky and Loud

One year and I'm done. My lease can't end soon enough. Some comments below I agree entirely with, others notsomuch. The two major problems are in the title. My apartment always smells like cigarettes (and I don't smoke) and my neighbors are very VERY loud. Yeah the office staff sucks, but I don't deal with them much.
