I've now lived here with my wife for 4 months. I signed my lease and got really nervous finding this site and seeing a bunch of terrible reviews. However, its great. The place is clean. The few problems I've had have always been addressed immediately.
As for noise, I never hear my neighbors. I can hear the person above me, but its an apartment!!! I've lived in places where the noise facot is 100 times worse than here.
Parking can be a bit of an issue, but I've never not found a place to park... its just as simple as walking a few spots further, and if its a real issue, rent a garage!
For an apartment, this place has been great. Everyone else complaining about noise and parking really need to go buy a house.
