Management Does not Deal Well With Big Things

First, I will start by saying the management is very nice. They always smiled, remembered personal things about me and always asked questions related to my family. However, I was not impressed with the management overall.
The Management seems to threaten all the time rather than asking people to do things. For example "If you don't park where you are supposed to, you will be towed." Which is a joke, I have never seen the tow truck there. Another example is "pick up after your pets or you will be fined." I did not have a pet, but I felt bad for pet owners when sometimes one person ruins it and the management starts to threaten.
Parking is a joke, no cars are towed because they park illegally at night when no one is working in the office. The residents violate the parking more then anyone else. Residents park where ever they seem fit to put their car. Also, I have counted as many as 6 people getting off the train with me, walking to their car parked at Railway Plaza (usually by the Day Care) and driving away and they don't have a parking permit.
When work is done on the building, it seems Management notifies when they think things will happen, but are not always 100% accurate. This results in being suprised. I had company over one time when the maintenance man came in with Aurora Tri State and I was told this was to occur the day before.
Sidewalks not always shoveled resulting in safety issues with no only their residents, but others as well.
It is a close place to live for the train, the apartments were really big, and the staff was really nice (when they were not handling something big) but if you want to take a train with out driving, this is the place to live.
