I lived at Railway Plaza for 2 years. I enjoyed the apartment. The floorplan was very roomy, and I like the storage closet off the balcony. Yes, you can hear your neighbors if they are loud, but no more than in any other apartment. I actually liked the office staff. They knew me by name, and when I complained about people smoking in the hallways they posted no smoking signs and sent a letter out (however it took 2 verbal and 1 written request on my part to get this done). I have a dog and the area is safe for walking at night. I got my own garage because of limited parking (people from the train park in the lots illegally ALL THE TIME). My biggest complaint was that there was a lot of ethnic (think curry and old fish oil) cooking in the building and the halls smelled AWFUL. Overall good experience.
