I have read many of the complaints and agree with most. The parking is a problem for residents without garages. I have a garage and so I always have a home for my car. Also the spot behind your garage is all yours too. So when friends and family come over to visit... they pull right up.. no problem. If you decide to move in... don't be cheap... get a garage!! Guest parking is normally filled with overflow resident parking OR IT IS FILLED WITH ILLEGALLY PARKED TRAIN COMMUTERS. I dont have an answer on how to fix this. No one else that has complained on here has offered an answer on how to fix this. They are quick to point the finger at management and blame them. They do need to do something but it probally a money issue... always is. The smells in the hallways can get nasty with the ethnic cooking and the smoke... but you rent... so you can't complain!! Maintance is quick and easy and construction quality if great in the apartments themselves. Doors and knobs in the hallways are often loose and squeaky... still... can't complain! I feel safe walking around at night. Naperville police can solve any noise problems in a quick phone call. The office staff works hard to please everyone... residents and the public. They could afford to hire a couple more during peak hours. If you want someone to help you at the drop of a hat... hire your own personal maid. One last plus... if you re-sign you get a free carpet cleaning!!
