well we just moved in about a month ago, and at first impression we were'nt thrilled with the staff but really liked the floorplans and the community itself. plus so nice to walk to the train station! a new management company just bought the complex and so far the staff is great. so nice and helpful, although, yes, it was kinda turned upside down the first couple days. everyone is eager to please and maintenance is great, too. those guys are the same. parking can be bad around a couple bldgs but not most and the new mgmt is making sure no one without a permit is parking here. i'm glad things have changed and i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lot of bang for your buck. apts are huge inside!
