Have lived here about 6 months and I can tell you they truly will rent to anyone. If you think just because you live in Naperville and next to a train station, that you will live amongst business professionals, you are sorely mistaken. The rent is astronomical. $1000 for a 1 BR, 1 BA. And that doesn't even include a garage. Yes my friends, that will cost you another $150/month, and if they don't have any, tough luck, you are on your own for parking...EVEN THOUGH YOU LIVE IN THE COMPLEX!! Walls are painfully thin, so you can hear your neighbors at any time. Oh, and I just love walking through my security door and smelling dog urine on warm days, because management doesn't think they need to replace or clean the common entryway floor mat.

Needless to say, I will be buying a home when my lease is up, might as well for the amount it cost's to rent these days!

About the Dog Urine, believe me I had tough time each and every day when I walked in to the hallway. Never did the apartment folks cleaned the hallway and it always is a Stinking place. I had to block my nose to avoid any vomiting everytime I had to come out of my apartment and walk along the hallway.
