At Railway Plaza it is generally a give and take situation. The parking is horrible!!!!!!! The new staff is marginal. However, I am a single mom, and I feel safe here. I must suggest that you invest in the garage, as it is the only way to ensure you are not driving around all day looking for somewhere to park. The CHEATING commuters are the worse, as they park there to avoid paying the nominal parking fee....and make life horrible for the folks who live and pay rent there... I must say a huge AMEN to the smells and noise comments. In the hall way hold ya breathe and run to your apartment, I do, LOL. Lastly, the garbage disposal sound like a train or wood chipper. Extremely LOUD!!! So loud I thought it was broken! All in all, I would recommend this community.
