Increased Rent!

The New Mgmt. increased rent and offer no benefits to current renters. New Mgmt. isn't that great IMO.
There are cheaper Apts. nearby if you can walk for 10-15 minutes. Think of it as a workout. My lease if up pretty soon and I have apts cheaper nearby. I will end up saving $300 a month by walking 10-15 minutes, which I don't mind.
