I have lived at the Railway plaza for a year and rented it when the property was managed by Lincoln people. The apartment was taken over by the Gables and so started the problems.

Well, I do not want to start off with the angry note. But, I am that kind of person who usually avoid confrontation with anyone. But believe me, these Gables people at Railway Plaza were horrible to deal with.
First of all, the new Railway Plaza management have NO Brains nor curtesy. They do not know what human kind is and how one should treat humans. The manager ---- ------ is all rude and stupid as she is more like a dictator. She assumes that renters are just pure ---- and nothing else. She is hard to deal with. I have tried to control my emotions every time I had to deal with her, but believe me , she is a the stupidest person I have ever met in my life. She just thinks there is only ONE side to a coin. She is VerY careless with anything related to the renters.

To give an example, I was expecting a very important mail and she signed for it. The online USPS tracking does show her name but then she denies doing that.. I had to spend an whole afternoon chasing her and finally found out that she misplaced it somewhere in the office.. ANd believe me, she has no regrets for this ( and these sort of things.. not event a SORRY !!! thats how RUDE she is )

There are many other incidents which I can ramble about but just want to make it short and suggest that DO NOT RENT FROM THESE STUPID PEOPLE. I have lived in Bristol Station for a year, and found that property far far more better than this lousy Railway Plaza apartments.

Go rent across in Bristol or even Fairway which are walking distance from the Rt 59 Train station. The Railway PLaza management treat people in the worst possible way.

For the first time in my life, I felt like this on a specific person. Believe me, the frustration is something we cannot bear if you rent from this apartment complex. The management at Railway Plaza needs a overhaul or somekind of training course on how to deal with people.

As such, someone mentioned in their reviews, the management got rid of staff who is courteous and kind to renters.

So I would give a BIG NO NO ( worst ) if you are planning to rent here.
