The management really is clueless!! If you ever need to get something done, its like pulling teeth!! The staff says they will get back to you, and they don't, so you have to call them over and over again. The building doors didn't lock for months! When I called ---- ("the manager" she's the biggest joke you'll ever meet) about the entry doors that don't lock her response is "Anyone can get in the door if they really want to..." It took them 5 months to finally address the problem.
The back hallways ALWAYS have garbage in them- for weeks at a time!
If you are considering this complex, I strongly recommend that you look across the street at Bristol Station. The reason Railway gives "Specials" is becuase they have to! They can't keep their occupany up because everyone that lives there soon realizes that its a dump, and so they don't sign another year.
