Good Location - Managment not very responsible - Hard to find parking

I have been living in this apartment complex for a year now.I will be moving out this September. The reason I chose this apartment complex in the first place is very close to Rt 59 Metra station.Shops, mall, movie theater - all close by.
As of now I did not have any maintenance issues, but when I moved in first the A/C was not working and I had to repeatedly call them and let them know to come and fix it.It took 3 days before they had someone come and fix it.If you do not have t deal with Management this is an excellent place to stay.I referred a couple of my friends in this complex. They give you a referral fee of $300,but you have to follow up and sign a W-9 form which they lost two times.I am still waiting to receive the second referral. Its been more than two months now.In my opinion, the current Management is doing damage control. The current Property Manager Bobbie Pena seems nice and is willing to help, but I still think her other staff members are non-competent.
The other big issue is finding a parking spot.Parking places in between two buildings are very few so most of the time I have to park on the other side of the building.Even during the day time there are very few parking spots open,I wonder if most of the people here takes the Metra and work in downtown Chicago.
As far as the layout of the individual apartment goes they ar excellent, its very open .
