I had stayed there for two years. Even though all amenities are very convenient(METRA, shopping & schools),management is so rude & turnover of staff is very high.

Especially, there's one Jenette who calls herself as Manager,(she's just a subordinate)who doesn't have any professionalism, business sense/ customerservice skills. She has to go back to college.

Rules are everchanging, unethical & they suck off money from the residents for nothing. Don't ever go there.
