They will smile, make you sign, and then nickel and dime you on everything. Management doesn't seem that helpful when any situation arises in which the tenant is on their mercy. Parking has been a very poor issue. Can't wait till the lease runs out. Should have signed the lease at the Apt's across North Aurora as they seemed more professional and management seemed stable.

Grass on the other side is always greener :-) I like across the street... ald these apartments have thr share of problems.
