Reasons NOT to rent here.
* There is not where to park. They had Tow my car 2 times without a valid reason.
* The club house is not part of the amenities. You need to pay an extra 200 dollars to rent it out.
* They offer free internet, water and garbage. But is not true at the end you have to pay.
* If you move out, and leave the apartment in good conditions they still charged you for cleaning the apartment 200. even if is not need it.
* They break into the garages and still your goods.
* Managment had changed several times and once you sing the lease they are not friendly any more.
* Managment does not provide good services for the tenants. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I hear you bud. Parking is a big hassle. This community is a BIG NO NO! Good luck to where ever you are moving out too, sure will be better than Railway.

I think the person who wrote this review is flat out lying. One on hand he claims to have a garage and on the other hand he claims that he had no place to park. Why didnt you park in your garage, bud? If you have a second car, why dont you park that one outside the garage, like most 2 car residents do? I lived here for 2 years and did not have any of the issues described by Mario. The management was professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to accomodate uncoventional but reasonable requests.
