Pros:
Only near to Rte 59 Metra Station
Cons:
Only 3 machines in the Gym, some time one or two brakes for hundreds of residents
No children play area
No Tennis Courts
No Volley Ball Court
Swimmig Pool is only for Kids
No paper in the printers in Net Center and most of the time Printer do not work
Only one car can be parked. Guests need to park near the Leasing office and most of the time you will not get spot.
Rent will be increased to so much that you cannot stay after your first lease is expired
No community events ever
