I have enough complaints about the managment & Railway Plaza to write a book! 1st off when I moved in, there were cockroaches in every room of the apt. I don't know how they managed to hide them when we looked at the place. They were in other apts. around me as well. 2nd, The management will treat you nice to your face & when your not looking, they will stab you in the back. 3rd, I am not a prejudce person but, the Indian community is very large at Railway Plaza & they do not have any respect for their neighboors concerning noise. They let their children run up & down halls all evening long! Do you think the managment cares' NOPE! 4th & not least, The parking situation is horrible! If you do not register your vehichle at the office you will get towed. You are not allowed to have any visitors park by your apt. or they will get towed. They are to park by the office, with the five or six spots they have there. Which I'm sure works out well around the holidays or if God forbid you have a gathering at your home. You might as well live in Gestapo Germany if you chose to live here!

I hate to say but I have to agree. When I lived there I tried to make the best of it and now that I'm out I have a little different take. I work in India part time and have a great appreciation for that culture, but something bad happens when they get to America and congregate - all of a sudden they're entitled and you'd better stay out of their way. The grounds have been turned into the equivalent of a trailer park, or a commune, that's what I felt like living there. It was nice for a short stay as I transitioned from out of state, and I still say for a SHORT stay it's fine, epsecially as you work out public transportation. But make it a very short stay and plan to spend some $$$$$$$.

Germany huh...wow I didn't know that the ---- camps were disguised as a luxury community in the middle of Naperville...by the way Naperville was voted one of the best cities to live in for the United States. I guess the prison camp forced you to live there and keep signing leases. I lived just moved out of this community, and I really enjoyed it. I lived at a lot of apartments in Naperville. This place has THE BIGGEST APARTMENT KITCHEN I have seen. The I was only hear for a year, but probably one of my favorite apartments. Location rocked, apartments had a good floor plan, maintenance was always so nice and helpful, and the office had great parties...far from ---- Germany.

Railway Plaza is far from a luxury community. You pay & you pay dearly. It is also by far not the biggest kitchen, LOL! You can't fit a table in any kitchen there.
