These were converted to condominiums in 2000. So why does this site still list them as apartments' Although there are still some units available for rent from individual owners, you can contact any real estate agent to see what is available. As noted by another poster, the folks who answer the phone at this number have definite service issues. In fact, the condominium association sued some of the folks affiliated with this operation that included charges of fraud.

Bottom line. This is a real nice place to live. The location on Naperville's famed Riverwalk is unbeatable. But if you want to buy or rent here, contact a real estate agent. Don't call these folks if you want to deal with a professional. (Hey, after selling condos to hundreds of people here, they still call them apartments.)

ATTENTION: Ratings of facilities is based on the condominium property which is very good. Ratings of staff is based on whatever is left of RiverPlace Apartments which has not existed since 2000. I definitely recommend living there. I definitely recommend not dealing with RiverPlace Apartments. If you want to live there, contact any real estate agent from anyplace but this outfit.
