expensive, nice neighborhood,

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
apartment is nice. Heat is turned on about two weeks after the first frost. 4 washers and 4 dryers for each building; each building has 64 apartments;ie: not enough washers and dryers. get everything in writing from these folks and don't move in until everything is fixed. neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, safe. neighbors great. They have lots of open apartments currently. Dogs and cats allowed, with a high pet fee ("non-refundable deposit") Landlords withhold information about safety issues in building.
