Well, the apartment itself is spacious and looks nice, but it doesn't smell good and may even leak during storm. I got three severe leaks (one from ceiling and two from the wall) 3 days after I moved in. The office manager responded very slowly and rudely (I remembered she used to be very nice before I signed the lease). No roofer has been appointed and no further maintenance has been made so far by the office (already a week now after the storm)instead of just placing a barrel for the leaks. I would never renew the lease after the current one even though the neighbours here are quiet and maintenace guys are friendly.

All 3 buildings have had major water leaks for a long time now, and last summer even leaks in the lobby area. Management always said big repairs were coming from the property owners, but they are cheap -------s,(slimy Jews), They love to take our money, but never put much back into the buildings.
