This place is sweet! I really really love these apartments because gas/water/park/heat/trash are ALL free! The staff kicks butt at getting my work requests completed and LISTENS to my complaints!
Also... SOLID CONCRETE WALLS/CEILINGS/FLOORS! I have parties ALL the time on the weekends with no sound problems. I rarely hear the neighbors walking around, very quiet -- BIG !
Safe parking which is well lit, security doors which actually work, elevators, pool, and new washers/dryers.
