I have lived here for one year and I did renew. When there is something broken in the apartment the maintence and office are right on top of it. My neighbors are very friendly in the hallway and very quiet I never hear anyone. The laundry room is big and always warm cause of the heat from the dryers im assuming. Laundry is well over charged but I guess thats how it has to be with the economy. I love the fact that there is a elevator and I don't have to clime three flights of stairs every time I come home from a hard days work. I recomend Sherry Apartments Highly. One thing I would work on is snow the plow guys don't do a very good job at all.
