My parents moved here in September of 2008. While I realize, I do not reside here, I visit them often. Prior to living here, they had a really awful experience at another complex. Every time I have visited/spent the night it has been very quiet. Of course you hear a few things now and then from the hall. I actually get a better nights rest at their place than my own. The elevator in their building is a little slow, but it beats stairs. The lobby is kept clean (I see cleaning people quite often). The neighbors seem friendly. I believe they don't have to pay water or trash. Their kitchen is big enough for more than one person. The balcony is very large and decent view.

If you're looking for a quite, good sized, pretty calm community; I highly recommend Sherry. I would have moved there, but as a newlywed..I didn't really want to run the risk of pop-ins.
