Prairie lakes is are very nice apartments. But the things that you need to be aware of is the management staff. There are a few individuals in the mngt staff that are very rude and have attitudes. They are very unwilling to work with there tenants. Make sure that you READ the entire LEASE before signing there may be some things in it that may surprise you. Please take picture BEFORE you move in and also AFTER!!! Please do this and make sure you are aware of the intent to vacant process!!! 30 day notice!!!! They are very strict about this. But the apartments are very large, we had the 1 bedroom/loft 1.5 baths/ fireplace. Very Very nice and clean.
