I agree that the staff at Prairie Lakes is extremely rude. If you want to be pampered, buy a house or rent a maid.
You people drive me nuts about your nitpicky gripes. I know that is what this platform is for, but come on people, everyone should read their lease. 30 day notice is nothing, most places require 60 days.
If the apartment was in bad shape before move in or had some scratches, all you have to do is either not accept it, or note it on your move in inspection sheet. Common sense. Then if they try to screw you, sue them or turn them over to the attourney general.
