Honestly in our experience for the 2 years that we have lived here has been this thin walls, 2leaking ceilings, rude office staff, bad parking, smoke detectors going off and nobody answered the 24hr emergency line until about noon the next day (had to call the fire dept) more stairs and hallways than anything, little closet space and no storage space,and after moving in we had to re-clean due to dirty fingerprints and grime everywhere. One last thing the landcape is nice if you do not catch a glimpse of the so called lawn specialist peeing on the lawn in front of your front door. A bit overpriced for waht you get.
