I have lived at Prairie Lakes for about two years now and I love it! I think it's great that the owners are putting money into the property to make it look better.
I have lived at other properties where they were not willing to put money into the community and it started to look run down.
I understand that the construction is loud but it's construction! It is going to look a lot better and we are all going to reap the benefits. As for the staff not caring I disagree because they are always willing to help in any situation. It is out of their control to give out rent discounts. They are only the management company and don't have that control. I think they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see my building completed!
