I have lived here approximately one year. I started in one of the smaller units and have recently moved into a larger one...and it was quite a seamless and smooth process. The staff is very helpful and polite and whenever repairs are needed they are done either that same day or the following day. In fact, when I moved into my new apartment, there was a foul odor coming from my refrigerator and upon inspection by the staff a new one was delivered and installed within a few days.

I've read some of the other opinions and I'm happy to say that I have not had any negative experiences during my residency here. Perhaps some of the people who were creating problems have moved. It's an apartment complex, so there is noise to be heard from time to time...nothing extreme. My only complaint is that the grass isn't watered much in the summer.

I can say that for the cost of rent here, you won't get anything nearly as nice in this area. I have a parking spot, access to a fitness center and pool, a view of the pond, etc...all for a fair price.

If I don't purchase a home at the end of my lease and need to move closer to my job, I will probably stick with Lincoln Properties. And by the way, the place looks much better with the recent renovations.
