My wife and I were "transplants" from the St. Louis area five and a half years ago. At the time, Grand Reserve (then Prairie Lakes) was responsive and quick to get us in our new apartment.

Over the course of living there, the team(s) that attended the complex were always friendly, helpful, and reliable. The apartment was definitely low maintenance and when there was a maintenance issue, the crew was always very accommodating and professional.

Out of five (plus) years of living in Naperville, IL, I cannot think of one bad thing about the entire complex.

Recently, the complex has undergone cosmetic changes and it has improved the look of the area (which was great to begin with). Some of the changes are still in process, but only because the weather just did not permit the crews to finish everything is in the winter months! It gets pretty cold in the Chicagoland area.

The location of the complex in Naperville is close to grocery stores, banks, and the Post Office. Really, you could not ask for a better location in Naperville.

My wife and I only moved out to "re-transplant" to the STL area and buy a home.

I would highly recommend living in these apartments as everything about them was great!
