I would not reccomend this apt to anybody. The noise is a serious problem that nobody in the front office cares about.I went a whole year dealing my neighbors and nothing was done. I was told letters were sent but it only made things worse.Your assigned a parking spot,but half the time somebodys parked in it.When you call the front office they tell you they cant do anything for 24 hours but by that time the cars already gone. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

You IDIOT!! The office has policies that they have to abide by (Fair Housing Laws....Government LAWS!!) If they told you they sent a letter to your noisy neighbor....then why didn't you knock on your neighbors door and explain to them yourself that they were being too loud AT THE TIME!!! The office has to follow rules about towing cars....GET OVER YOURSELF! Take some responsiblity yourself. The office staff is not there to be "baby sitters!!" Buy a house!
