I just renewed my lease! Although I love my apartment, I wanted to buy a home but unfortunately I cannot afford to yet.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to sign a shorter lease or not. I spoke to the office personell and they were very helpful (as always). If I signed a short lease then I would have to pay the full price without a special, but if I signed for another year I would receive another great special. So of course I signed for another 12 months.
My apartments is great and everyone here is very nice and helpful. For apartment renting.....it couldn't be any better!
