Yeah, the first year is great. but then you need to renew your lease and you have to pay market value because it's under new management they only prorate your lease for 8 months not 12. So our last 4 months here we are paying almost $300 more a month then we were the past 8 months. You might think we were living in the lap of luxury paying $1400 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Trust me it's not that great! Ridiculous and the new staff members are very rude do not have any customer services at all!
Look somewhere else!

I would like to start by apologizing to any client who felt offended in any way by the customer service they received. The property has not changed management nor has the office staff changed. There was a leasing consultant who transferred to another property which created the need for some temporary assistance. I assure everyone that customer service is one of our main goals at the Grand Reserve of Naperville. We encourage everyone to feel free to speak with management if they have any concerns about their apartment, their lease or any other issue. Management will do their best to accommodate everyone the best they can, within their ability. Grand Reserve Management |

I'M A FELLOW TENANT OF GRAND RESERVE AND HAVE BEEN FOR ALMOST 5YEARS NOW. THE MANAGEMENT HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED. EITHER THIS RESPONSE IS A PRANK OR SOMEONE OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT. THE NEW GUYS ARE VERY RUDE AND MAINTENANCE HAS NEVER TAKEN 2 DAYS TO COME FIX ANYTHING IN MY APARTMENT. ITS USUALLY A SAME DAY DEAL. WDFXUP?

I've been a resident for over 2 years. Since the new management things have definitely changed. Not just in terms of maintenance taking forever but the tenants coming in are questionable. The actual police are arriving to break up domestic assaults (something I've never seen in ANY apartment building), tenants are parking their huge SUVs in handicap spots and all over the actual driving lanes instead of designated spots (or their driveways). Right now I'm watching grown men drinking beer and fishing in the bird pond at 4pm on a Monday.
On Saturday night (approx midnight) I watched residents on the second floor of a building climbing out the window and wandering around on the roof.
Thus far it's mostly entertaining but I'll be looking to leave as soon as my lease is up. This is going downhill fast. It looks like they're taking on a large number of government subsidized residents.

i have had an experience with this management company, for all you new renters take note it is called village green it is one of the most poorly run management companies i have ever had to deal with. they will rent to anyone and their customer service is horrible. as i am doing, when you can find somewhere else to live it will only get worse

The real story is that when the Previous management company ran this complex they were giving out concessions like candy. To everyone complaining about the people blame the first management company. When residents say they just let anyone live here that was Lincoln property's fault since they discounted this place like "Big Lots" and when that happens it makes it more affordable to less likely canidates. Since the new management company came in they do criminal checks which the last company didn't. Yes it is more expensive to live here than before but it is worth it. This is an extremely nice community and close to every ammenity you could want. I think some people are angry because this company sees the true value in the product that us as consumers would pay for an A community. To the people who just post to complain check out the Market rates of communities in the area and REMEMBER WE ARE IN NAPERVILLE rated one of the best cities in the Country.

Oh really.....Is that why the occupancy keeps dropping and the office staff has changed completly 2 times since the new management company took over in May???!!! I don't know who you are to talk about the past management, if you lived here as long as I have, you would know that Lincoln Property Company is a very good company!
