Like so many of the other comments posted, the first year under Prairie Lakes Management was fine. But...a "revitalization" project ensued starting with the change of the name. So out with the old and in with the new! New management (it seemed like every 6 months), new restrictions, new erroneous fees and did I mention new rental amounts' Initially, I thought the original $1400 was a bit steep and because this is in Naperville I bought in. But when renewal time came up, they smack you right across the face! The worst part about this complex is the Staff! With each changing of the guard, the service level has gone from bad to down right unacceptable. Luckily I left before the current management was in place, but truly feel sorry for anyone who makes the decision to rent at the "Grand Reserve"!!

DO NOT LIVE IN GRAND RESERVE! It is the works complex in the TOWN, CITY OR STATE FOR THAT MATTER!
